Once you start learning about commercial real estate, you reach a point where you start seeing the world around you through a whole other lense. Buildings and stores take on a whole new meaning. You start to see the economics behind it, you wonder about its origin, the people involved in bringing it into the world. It’s an asset, but it’s also a part of the community.
